From 2 hours every half hour costs less, and from 3 hours, less again.

Riders under the influence will not be allowed to ride. A 50 percent refund applies in this case.

  • Damage insurance is not included. Any damage must be covered by the customer

  • *This is a late post - my friend and I went in August of 2025. The Guatape River and Waterfalls tour was the best excursion of my LIFE! Honestly, one of my favorite days I’ve ever had. Camilo brought my friend and me to a quiet and secluded area of a river outside Guatape, where there was a beautiful blue green swimming hole under a waterfall. As my friend and I started exploring the river, he set up a gorgeous brunch for us - sandwiches from a local shop, coffee, mimosas. He also set up chairs, mats to lay on in the sun, an umbrella, and binoculars for birdwatching. It was PARADISE. He told us he’d take some pictures of us enjoying the river so we wouldn’t have to worry about capturing the moment. she told us he’d be back in a few hours, and when he returned, he asked if we’d like to stay longer or wanted to go. We happily stayed. If I lived there, I would go there every day. Thank you Camilo!!

  • We had an excellent experience with Guatape Tours! We booked a sprinter van with them for 12 of us, which was super clean, very comfortable and with air conditioning, to go from Medellin to Guatape and back later that same day. Our driver Christian was wonderful. He was on time, knowledgeable about the area and activities and very friendly. He drove us to hike La Piedra del Penol and then recommended an excellent place for lunch afterwards which he took us too. Afterwards he dropped us off near the malecón to walk and tour the town. It was a great day trip and I appreciated Guatape Tours checking in with me throughout the day and even before to make sure that everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend booking any trip with them!

How long is the jet ski rental?

You choose when you book, from 30 minutes, half an hour at a time. Most riders take 1 or 2 hours. From 2 hours every half hour costs less, and from 3 hours, less again.

Where does the jet ski rental start?

From our private marina between La Piedra del Peñol and Guatapé town, near Hotel Mylos.

Is jet ski rental in Guatapé safe?

Yes. Life jackets, safety briefing and medical insurance are included.

Can I book a jet ski today?

Yes. Availability is real-time and bookings are confirmed instantly.

Can you deliver the jet ski to my hotel or Airbnb?

Yes. Free to hotels near the marina: Los Recuerdos, The Brown, Luxe, Tau House, Mylos, Gretel, Boato, Atma, or an Airbnb near them. To Portomarina, La Pausa, Bliss, Vivanti, Murat, La Roka, Ibuku or Bosko, it is 15 extra minutes per jet ski, free when you book 2 hours or more. Delivery is for bookings of 1 hour or more: choose your hotel when you book, and for an Airbnb, paste its Google Maps pin.

What if it rains?

We offer free rescheduling in case of unsafe weather conditions.

Can I bring my dog?

No, dogs cannot ride on the jet ski.

How old do you have to be to drive?

You must be 18 to drive; no license needed. Children from 5 can ride as passengers with an adult.

Do I need to leave a deposit?

No, there is no deposit.

Can you film us with a drone?

Yes. You can add the videographer or drone extra when you book: COP 400,000 for 2 hours or COP 600,000 for 3 hours.
