Comfortable shoes are a must, especially if you're visiting La Piedra or going on any nature tours. Bring sunscreen, a hat, and a reusable water bottle. It’s about 2 to 2.5 hours by car, depending on traffic. On weekends or holidays, it can take longer, so we always suggest leaving Medellín early. We offer private transportation from Medellín and the airport if you'd rather relax and not worry about the drive.

Yes, and how far ahead depends on each service. Some can be booked the same day and others close the evening before; each service's page shows the dates and times you can still book.

The weather in Guatapé changes fast, so we usually wait a little in case it clears. If the service really cannot go ahead, we offer to move it to another date or to refund 90% of what you paid. Refunds go back to the same payment method within 24 to 72 hours; when you see it depends on your bank.
