Can I cancel a tour?

Is transportation included?
Transportation is included in some tours from Guatapé to the site. For most rentals you will have to go to the marine or a specific dock. If you want us to arrange delivery or pickup please contact us. However this information will be detailed in the information page of each.
Is insurance included?
Yes, insurance covering accidents related to the activity is included in the price. Please provide full names and ID numbers of every tourist at least 24 hours before your tour.

Is it safe to travel to Guatape?
Yes. Guatapé is a safe destination for travelers and its been safe for a few decades now. The actual town has more than 40 cameras for security concerns and there are many Police Officers, Military and Civic guards around the town and its surroundings all the time. However, take precautions against petty theft though it’s not common.
